How to track your order
Click on the “Track Parcel” from the merchant account; where it would direct you to the “Track your order here” page,
fill up the invoice number.
There are four stages in tracking your order:
- Pending- This is the stage when you confirm your order and wait for a rider to accept the order.
- Accepted- This is the stage where a rider accepts your order and the delivery agent will collect your parcel soon.
- Collected- When the rider has successfully collected your order, the status will change to “Collected”. We will dispatch your order for delivery shortly.
- Delivered- The status will change to “Delivered” when your order has been successfully delivered.
